Our Return Window

We offer a 10-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. If 10 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to process a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags must be attached and intact
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Nightwear and intimate wear
• Prayer dresses that have been used
• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
• Items that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve this immediately at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated

Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, size issue, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
